NOTE from the Office:
Due to the volume of transportation changes and the amount of students in the school, in an effort to maintain accuracy and inform students of changes in a timely manner: please be aware that transportation changes are not accepted after 1:00pm. For transportation changes, please email: [email protected]
For any issues relating to attendance and absences, please email: [email protected]
All absences must have a written excuse; a doctor’s note is preferred when applicable. This provides our attendance secretaries with written copies so errors to your child’s attendance record are not made.

As a reminder, all medications (prescription or over-the counter) needed by a child at school must have a medication authorization form signed by a medical provider and parent/guardian. Items such as any lotions, lip gloss, vaseline, chapstick, etc. are considered over-the-counter medications, and must have a medical order. Basically, nothing can be applied to a child without this order. If you want your child to self-carry a medication (prescribed or over-the-counter), parents must have the medical provider also complete a self-carry authorization form. Both sides of the form must be completed. If this piece is not completed, the over-the counter medication will be kept in the health room.
Reminder- students should not bring any toy to school that shoots any kind of projectile- for example: no NERF guns or NERF toys. This is a district policy. The easiest thing is to not bring any toys to school other than basketballs, soccer balls, or playground balls. If you have any questions, please either review the CMS Rights and Responsibilities Handbook or feel free to email me.
